Shipping policy
Shipping Options and rates are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Free Shipping is only valid for ship to locations in the Contiguous USA. Refunds will not be made for customers that have already paid for shipping.
Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you after your order ships. If you don't receive tracking information but believe your order should have already shipped, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder to see if our email to you is there. Packages are delivered without a signature required to provide greater customer convenience. Customers are responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. If you would like to have a signature required for delivery, please email Customer Service at info@rideengine.com or call 1-509-427-4950 and request a signature requirement be added to your order.
You can expect your order to ship out the same day it’s placed if ordered by 3pm ET (12:00 PT) on a normal business day (M-F). Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm ET or over the weekend will ship out the following Monday.* Please note: our carriers (USPS and FEDEX) do not consider the day your order leaves our warehouse to be a day in transit. For example, if you order on a Monday morning and we ship it on Monday with FEDEX Ground with delivery in three days, your package will be delivered on Thursday.
We ship with FEDEX and USPS. If you enter a PO Box as your shipping address, we will automatically ship with USPS.
Military Addresses: APO/FPO addresses ship with USPS. Costs are calculated at checkout. We are unable to ship oversized packages (E.g. SUP's, Windsurf boards, large foil boards) to APO/FPO addresses due to USPS package size restrictions.
*Orders placed after 3 PM ET (12:00 PT) on a Business Day will ship out the following Business Day.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, official US holidays (e.g. Christmas, Labor Day, Memorial Day) and the day before and after official US Holidays (these are often observed by our shipping carriers as holidays).
*A shipment may be delayed (i) if there is an issue with your order such as a need for additional payment verification which causes a processing delay; (ii) if the order was placed between Thanksgiving and the following Tuesday (the vast majority of these orders will ship on the same Business Day if placed by 3 PM ET but there is a chance it will only ship two Business days after order placement); or (iii) circumstances beyond the control of Ride Engine including, but not limited to, COVID-19, extreme weather events, facility damage, shipping carrier mistakes or software outages, and any other third party problems that would affect our ability to process orders and are outside of our control.
Orders Shipping in the EU

Orders Shipping to Canada or outside the USA and EU
For orders shipping to Canada or another country outside the USA and European Union, you as the customer are responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply at time of package pick up. Ride Engine does not collect Canadian and international duties/taxes.
